Current Opening: Insurance Account Manager
Location: Litchfield or St. Joseph, MN
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role
The Insurance Account Manager plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and supporting our agents with personal and commercial lines. You’ll be the go-to person for policy changes, billing questions, and ensuring clients have a smooth experience from quote to claim.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist clients with policy quoting and changes
- Help clients with billing questions and payment options
- Work closely with agents on personal and commercial insurance quotes
- Support agents with applications, rewrites, and gathering necessary information
- Prepare insurance summaries and proposals for client presentations
- Assist with audits for commercial clients to ensure compliance and accuracy
- File insurance claims and follow up on claim status for timely resolution
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Ability to work in a team environment and build client relationships
- Previous experience in insurance or customer service preferred (but not required)
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
