I began my career in the insurance industry in 2001. In 2006, I obtained my Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Over the past 20+ years, I have developed my knowledge of the industry to provide my clients with the most comprehensive coverage for their needs while remaining conscientious of the bottom line.

The foundation of our insurance agency is built on our knowledgeable and experienced staff. In a world where quality customer service can be hard to come by, I feel it is of the utmost importance to provide just that. Our clients have come to know and expect exceptional service whenever dealing with myself or staff. We pride ourselves on returning phone calls promptly, shopping the market for the best possible coverage and rates, and expediting claims whenever one should occur.

In October of 2022, Tim Pierce and myself purchased the agency from Gary Pierce.

Tim and I are working hard to ensure we have the best Agents and employees to take care of our clients. We want to continue to grow the Pierce Agency name as one of the top Independent Insurance agencies in Minnesota.

I currently serve as volunteer Treasurer for the Sauk River Chain of Lakes Association and am also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Over the years, I have served on various philanthropic committees/organizations. I firmly believe it is vital to give back to the communities in which we live.

I am married to my wife, Sarah. We have three children, Isaac (Morgan), Spencer and Ava. In my spare time I enjoy watching or attending Indy car races, Sprint car races, fishing or spending time with friends and family.

Assistant: Lindsey Harris

Pierce Insurance has always been a big part of my life. My grandfather, David Pierce started the agency in 1974. He put in long hours, and so did my father, Gary Pierce, who began as an agent in 1980. In 2003, my father bought the agency from my grandfather. I witnessed the two of them, along with a lot of help from other key employees, build the agency to where it is today.

I am a 2005 graduate from Litchfield High School. I attended St. Cloud State University and graduated in 2009 with a degree in Insurance/Risk Management. I began working for the agency as a producer in 2010, and obtained my designation as a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in 2018.

In October of 2022 myself and another longtime producer here, Troy Atkinson, purchased the agency from my father. I am the third-generation owner of our business and I am proud to carry on its the legacy.

Outside of work, I have a daughter, Alena, who I love being a dad to. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, getting outside for a hike, snowmobiling and swimming just to name a few. I am excited to see what the future holds for this business, and look forward to working with you!

I began my insurance career in 1980 as an agent for my father. Together we grew the agency into the reputable company it is today. In 2003, I took over as owner and continued to grow the agency with a strong team of knowledgeable agents and support staff. Most recently I stepped down from my role as owner; selling the agency to my son, Tim and longtime employee, Troy Atkinson. Even though my title has changed I am still a vital member of the team, just with a little more flexibility. I continue to serve my clients with the same level of customer service they have come to know and expect.

As your agent, it is my assurance to provide you with the best coverage that will protect your business, personal assets and well being in the most cost-effective way possible. Now, as in the past, I base every decision on what is best for my clients. My commitment to you will always come first.

Unlike your tangible automobile or home; insurance protection is often considered intangible, similar to what the future might hold. However; from my experience working with business, as a consumer and now agent/broker or all sides of insurance equation, has proven that ensuring that you have adequate insurance coverage is one of the most important and tangible decisions a business or person should make!

After obtaining my Master of Industrial Safety; I started my professional career working for an insurance carrier as a safety consultant or as they were termed "the eyes and ears of the underwriter". At that time being young; I did not believe losses (accidents and injuries) occurred!

After 5 years; I went to work in the heavy/highway construction industry, responsible for insurance and risk management and I soon discovered how important accurate and complete coverage is to a successful business. For the next 14 years; I saw first-hand how important insurance, safety and construction projects work together; side-by-side to complete large civil projects and protect the owners, managers, employers and employees who had a financial stake in their successful outcome.

When the Pierce Agency opportunity presented itself; I realized that I could provide my knowledge, skills, and experience to commercial, agricultural, personal, life and health insurance markets and I have not looked back!

Helping people understand the importance of protecting themselves; explaining how to do so and then providing the coverage at a reasonable rate, has become a passion and personal mission statement.

My insurance career began over 20+ years ago. I obtained my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) Designation in 2007 and my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) Designation in 2014.

My experience with several agency roles gives me the insight to know our carriers inside and out, providing me the knowledge to place your policy with the company that is the best fit for you.

Insurance is an essential piece in your “Asset Management” plan but many business owners and individuals don’t fully understand what they need and why they need it. I strive to assess your needs and tailor coverage to adequately protect you. When I explain coverages and definitions, I try to use plain language and use relatable claim scenarios.

I have been married to my husband Dan for over 25 years. We have 3 sons; Austin (Ag construction), Aaron (IT) and Avery (Electrician). I enjoy going to our family cabin on Lake Vermilion, motorcycle rides, golfing, gardening and making pasta.

I joined the Pierce Insurance team and became a licensed agent in April of 2023. I decided it was time to pursue a new avenue in life after working nearly 25 years in the construction industry. With my years of construction experience, I have come to know, understand, and appreciate the importance of good communication and value of true integrity. Ensuring business is being taken care of efficiently and profitably while building trusting relationships is something I have learned over the years. A sense of commitment to serving others is why I entertained the idea and eventually pursued becoming an insurance agent. After all, Insurance is simply a financial safety net, helping you (the insured) and your loved ones recover after something bad happens (fire, storm, accident, death, etc.). And “if” something bad happens, having a trusted insurance agent to help you navigate that difficult time could prove very important! And that is where I hope I can help!

I strongly believe in helping one’s neighbor and giving back their community. I have spent many years volunteering with youth activities, including coaching boys’ youth baseball/girls’ youth softball for nearly 13 years and continue to do so to this day. I’ve mentored and taught young children/adults life lessons through the eyes of faith in their daily lives in a religious education program.

My faith and love of God, family, friends, country and things outdoors have always been very important to me and have helped me become who I am today. I am fortunate and proud to share that I have many family members and friends who serve or have served in the military or law enforcement. I am married to my lovely wife, Jamie, of 20 years and we have been blessed with seven wonderful children, two sons, and five daughters. As you can imagine there is never a dull moment around the house!

I have been in the industry since 2003. I received my CISR designation in 2017 and currently am working towards my Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC, designation. I am licensed in Property / Casualty, Life and Accident & Health. I am also a Notary Public. I work mainly in commercial lines at Pierce Agency; quoting new business, assisting clients with changes to their policies, answering questions or concerns and providing administrative support.

I have lived in Meeker County my entire life and love the small-town living of Litchfield. I have two adult sons, a daughter in-law and a granddaughter. When not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, watching basketball and volleyball, and working on various craft projects. I am also an avid Star Wars fan. I am fondly known as the office comedian; a title I treasure.

For over 30 years, I have been a noteworthy staple in the insurance industry. I graduated from Mankato Technical College in 1990. In 1996, I obtained my insurance license and in 2000 gained my CISR designation. I am licensed in Property and Casualty. I joined Pierce Agency in October 2017. My expertise in the industry and willingness to take on new roles has proven both challenging and rewarding.

My husband and I grow our own vegetable garden in the summer months and enjoy sharing the fruits of our labor. I enjoy spending time with my family and two rambunctious dogs, Shea and Cinder. You can always count on me to give you a good play by play on the most recent Vikings game.

I joined Pierce Insurance in 2021 as a customer service representative and acquired my Property and Casualty license in 2022. I am currently working towards earning my CISR designation. I assist with a variety of duties including policy changes, endorsements, billing issues, certificates, and any other miscellaneous quests.

I am married to my husband, Jim. We are blessed with 3 adult children and 1 grandson. In my spare time, I enjoy time on the lake, projects around the house and spending time with family and friends.

I have been working in the insurance industry since 2014. I am licensed in Property and Casualty. I assist with quoting, endorsements and billing personal and commercial lines. I am often the friendly voice on the other end of the line or the smiling face when you enter the office. I am currently working towards my CISR designation. I attended Ridgewater College and graduated in 2013 with an Administrative Assistant degree.

My husband and I have six children between the two of us. I enjoy agate hunting, fishing, camping, spending time with family. I teach Youth Firearm Safety in my spare time.

I began at Pierce in 2022 after my husband, Troy purchased the agency. I perform many behind the scenes functions of the office. I can be seen around the office on occasion however the majority of my time is spent working from home. I am involved with the interviewing and hiring process.

When I am not working at/for the office, I am a Registered Nurse at an ambulatory surgical center. I enjoy the ability to express my creativity at the office while filling my cup with the rewarding challenge of caring for patients at my other job. It truly is the best of both worlds and feel fortunate to be able to do both.

I have been married to Troy for 25 years and we have three children, Isaac (Morgan), Spencer (fiancé Jes) and Ava. Our 2 golden retrievers, Nala and Knox, keep us entertained with their fun easy-going personalities. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, hanging out on the lake and dreaming up the next project either in the office or at home.
