Insurance Account Manager

• Assist clients with policy quoting and changes
• Assist clients with billing questions
• Work with Agents on personal and commercial quotes as needed
• Work with Agents on applications, rewrites and gathering information
• Help prepare Insurance summaries and proposals
• Assist with audits for commercial clients
• Claims- file claims and follow up on status of claims
